Between September 21, 18:31 UTC and 19:28 UTC, Globality experienced an incident with chat messaging on our platform where users could not access chat features. We have resolved the issue and fully restored service for all users.

As of September 21, 18:35 UTC, Globality is experiencing an issue with chat messaging. Users are unable to access chat features. We are working to resolve the problem and will post updates here as they become available.
